Courtyard by Marriott Houston The Woodlands

I read some of the reviews, even the bad ones and I wonder if I am in the same hotel. The room is great, and spacious, beds and pillows great. The front desk check-in was perfect and the Gentleman was very professional, polite, and even funny. My only little gripe was that I wanted to take a hot bath and the water was just warm but not hot after I let it run awhile was same. I am here for one night only but will come back since it was a great Hotel at a good price.

Despite the small room size, I was impressed by how clean it was maintained. The room amenities included a microwave, an old-style coffee maker (although I wished they provided a Keurig one), a mini-fridge, and cable TV. Front desk staff are friendly with big smiles. The lobby, albeit small, had a cozy atmosphere with plenty of space to sit and enjoy watching TV while savoring their delicious a la carte breakfast offerings. I highly recommend this property for a quick weekend getaway!

As a frequent business traveler, I’ve stayed at my fair share of hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the high-quality amenities and exceptional service. The Starbucks in the lobby is a standout feature, offering an impressive variety of coffee options—far better than the usual communal coffee pot found at many hotels. A particular highlight was the front desk manager, who went above and beyond by personally delivering my dinner to my room without hesitation, even though it wasn’t part of his duties. The room itself was spotless and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I was able to conduct conference calls in the morning breeze. Very impressed.

Decent stay, rooms could be a bit bigger. Breakfast options felt more expensive than they should be. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Friendly , good parking. Close to restaurants,shops. We will definitely stay here.

Every staff member I encountered at this hotel was beyond exceptional. They went above and beyond for each patron that stayed here. Starting with Sonya, Eva & Donald, they all left me with a memorable experience and created a lifetime customer.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Joanie was exceptionally kind, encouraging, and so consderate...I really needed this, especially after a hard day of traveling with a kid. She is one of Marriott's superstars. The room is also clean and spacious and bed is also very comfy.

Great hotel and great location, but most of all… Eva, the bartender was absolutely wonderful! She was not only kind, warm, friendly, professional and hard working but she was also incredible at mixing up awesome cocktails for my girlfriends and I. After a cancelled concert nearby foiled our plans, Eva was able to turn our evening into one of the best times ever!! What a doll! We’d definitely book here again just to able to thank her again! Courtyard by Marriott is so blessed to have her!
